Abstract

Thing the structure of the "Long Telegram" by George Kennan published in 1946, this monograph organizes unclassified and open source information into a contemporary understanding of Russian behavior. The analysis of the sources of Russian behavior provides a better understanding of the threat posed by a contemporary Russia. This monograph does not argue current policy or recommend new policy.
