Values and Standards In the Dutch Army

Abstract

In the Dutch army, values and standards have been incorporated in all training programs. Personnel in basic training and advanced training learn lessons that deal with military ethics. The training involves all Soldiers from the most senior to the lowest enlisted and is taught in all training systems.
