The Officer Personnel Management System (OPMS)

Abstract

To assist in establishing the professional and personal standards and goals required for the Officers Corps of the modern Volunteer Army. Analyze and define Army professionalism, develop plans and programs to promulgate the definition in a logical manner which encourages incorporation into the daily activities of officers throughout the Army.
