Terrorist Organizations and Nuclear Weapons

Abstract

The increased availability of nuclear technology makes it more probable that terrorist organizations will obtain nuclear weapons. Political change in government can weaken central control over nuclear technology and lead to proliferation. World Terrorist Groups are increasing their efforts to get nuclear weapons for their use. The number of Countries willing to sell Nuclear Technology will increase. America is better prepared to prevent, disrupt, and respond to terrorist attacks than ever before.
