Department of State's Antiterrorism Assistance Program in Afghanistan: Audit of Costs Incurred by Alutiiq LLC

Abstract

We hereby provide to you our audit report, which reflects results from the procedures we completed during our audit of Alutiiq, LLC (Alutiiq) contract task orders SAQMMA14F0927and SAQMMA16F5001 with the United States Department of State (Department of State) to support the Anti-terrorism Assistance (ATA) program. Within the pages that follow, we provide a summary of the work performed. Following the summary, we provide our Report on the Special Purpose Financial Statement (Statement), Report on Internal Control, and Report on Compliance. We do not express an opinion on the summary, Report on Internal Control, or Report on Compliance. When preparing our reports, we considered comments, feedback and interpretations provided by Alutiiq and SIGAR, in writing and orally, throughout the audit. Alutiiqs responses to the audit reports and our corresponding auditor analysis are incorporated herein. Thank you for providing us the opportunity to work with you and to conduct the audit of the Alutiiq contract task orders.
