Empowering the Future Noncommissioned Officer Corps

Abstract

The advance technologies, growth of transnational threats, and globalization have affected the world of peace. Noncommissioned officers (NCO) of our Army are trained as conventional fighters to secure victory in a swift and decisive action. Why is there a need to empower our NCO corps to the next level in order to win the global war of terrorism despite our success?
