Ethics Thought Paper

Abstract

Purpose: As great as the Army is today it can be directly linked to the personal ethics of leaders and Soldiers alike. Values are the foundation for our organization, and because of the personal ethics of our Soldiers and leaders, we are able to follow those values and firmly live by them. Army values help guide leaders and Soldiers in everyday decisions and actions. These values are Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage.
