A Study of the Theater Army Replacement System

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop Theater Army Replacement Procedures using equipment now available to the Army, compatible with Department of the Army doctrine, operable under current conditions and capable of expansion, which will assist in the transition to fully automated procedures, and which is attainable within two years of approval of the recommendations accompanying this study.
