Ethics and War

Abstract

"War and Ethics" is a quandary that faces military forces around the world. Albert Camus, once said "A man without Ethics is a wild beast loosed upon the world." Throughout history, the warfighters were faced with the constant ethical and moral battle between good and evil. The soldier understands the mission is extremely important, but is it at the sacrifice of his or her ethical beliefs. This essay will focus on the rough challenge that faces a military force in conflict and without proper command and control mechanisms; it may encounter in future operations.
