Abstract
The bells and buzzers submitted, shown by Plates 1 to 12 inclusive, were set up at this Laboratory and closely observed for their operating characteristics while under test for conformance with the specifications, reference (b). Each unit was carefully examined to ascertain whether it was in strict accordance with the specifications in the matter of materials, design, and worksmanship
