Decision, Matter of: Guident Technologies, Inc.

Abstract

Guident Technologies, Inc., of Herndon, Virginia, protests the award of a contract to Claraview, a division of Teradata, of Reston, Virginia, under request for proposals (RFP) No. HC1028-10-R-2038 issued by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Department of Defense (DoD), for Data Management (DMO), Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), and Business Intelligence (BI) support services for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). The protester alleges that the awardee has an impaired objectivity organizational conflict of interest (OCI). We deny the protest.
