ADL Enterprise Learner Record Repository Prototype

Abstract

The Enterprise Learner Record Repository (ELRR) Prototype report details the project design and development activities associated with building the prototype ELRR capability. The ELRR capability is designed to be a a repository composed of local learner profiles that contain data from a diverse set of records, and can be used to follow a service member or DoD civilian throughout their career to optimize their career development. Specifically, this report details lessons learned, best practices, standard operating procedures, and potential future directions.
