The Evolving AML Genomic Landscape: Therapeutic Implications

Abstract

AML studies has largely shifted from dissecting large genomic datasets to determine how they could be translated into clinical practice, towards applying genomic data to clinical cases, and tailoring drug treatments to individual patients based on genomic signatures. In the future, it may be possible to individualize treatment regimens. Stephano. The Evolving AML Genomic Landscape: Therapeutic Implications, Current Cancer Drug Targets, 2020, 20(7): 532-544.
