Decision Matter of: NANA Services, LLC

Abstract

NANA Services, LLC protests the award of a contract for morale, welfare, and recreation (MWR) services for Department of Defense (DOD) personnel on Guam, made by the Department of the Navy under the Small Business Administration's (SBA) section 8(a) program on a noncompetitive basis for performance by Global Food Services (GFS). We deny the protest.
