Abstract

The report presents a detailed analysis of the stress pattern surrounding rectangular deck openings with nine types of reinforcement; as specified in the letter of authorization. The different types of reinforcement are illustrated in Plates 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, 22 and 25.
