Abstract

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc., (IGH) of Springfield, Virginia, protests the award of a contract to A-Team Solutions, of Fulton, Maryland, under request for proposals (RFP) No. H9821018R0024, issued by the Department of Defense, Defense Human Resources Agency, for personnel and administrative support services. The protester, the incumbent contractor, alleges that the agency unreasonably evaluated A-Team's proposal and improperly made its source selection decision. We deny the protest.
