Alcohol Abuse is More Prevalent in the Military than Drug Abuse

Abstract

Actions are needed to improve the Department of Defense's management of its drug and alcohol programs. This report should help the Congress assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the militarys efforts to reduce drug and alcohol abuse.
