Abstract

The object of the tests was to determine first, compliance with the requirements of the governing specification, reference (b), and its amendments, as included under reference (c); second, the presence of desirable features over and above the specific requirements of the specification; and third, any objectionable features in this equipment which should either be corrected or avoided.
