Test Operations Procedure (TOP) 10-2-508A, Safety and Health Hazard Evaluation of General Equipment

Abstract

This TOP provides guidance for the safety and health hazard evaluation of general equipment. It describes developmental test procedures required to determine whether general equipment is free from design, operational or maintenance hazards. Safety checklists and a hazard analysis format are provided to assist in the assessment of hazards.
