DCRT modules are designed to prepare Soldiers, leaders, and members of the Soldiers Circle of Support for the challenges and demands of the deployment cycle: Based on research, lessons learned, and first-hand accounts - Focus on building and sustaining individual resilience Strive to enhance mission effectiveness, Soldier and Family well-being, and unit cohesion.
