Algorithm Design for Optimization in Communication and Navigation

Abstract

This report was developed under grant FA9453-19-1-0078. Two research directions were successfully investigated during the duration of the grant that applies to communication and navigation. First, two numerical methods were proposed for solving nonlinear optimization problems arising from communication and navigation. Second, two results were discovered concerning solution quality and security of machine learning models.
