Abstract

It was a pleasure to appear before your Subcommittee on September 18, 2007, to discuss the benefits and medical care for federal civilian and U.S. government contract employees deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan.1 This letter responds to your request that I provide answers to questions for the record from the hearing.
