Objective: Determine the effectiveness and safety of early treatment with lopinavir/ritonavir in outpatient adults with COVID-19: Adaptive, platform trial with ability to add (and remove) additional agents; Focus on (repurposed) FDA-approved, rapidly scalable/easily deployed therapies.
