Maintenance Based Segmented Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM)

Abstract

This document defines procedures that can be followed to help maximize the usefulness of data collected during testing where the purpose is to assess the reliability, availability, maintainability, durability (RAM-D) and/or Integrated Product Support (IPS) of a system(s) or equipment. This document will help to clarify scoring conventions to be used for scoring incidents.
