The Army's Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) Program

Abstract

The WIN-T program is the Armys high-speed, high-capacity tactical communications network to distribute classified and unclassified information through all echelons of Army command by means of voice, data, and real-time video. WIN-T was being developed and fielded in three increments.
