Interface Control Document Standards Investigation

Abstract

This document is the product of a task to address shortcomings related to interface control documents. The objectives of the task are for the Data Sciences Group of the Range Commanders Council to: 1. formally assess the need for a human- and machine-readable interface control document standard; 2. complete a survey to identify existing candidate solutions; and 3. provide a recommendation as to whether the Data Sciences Group should develop a standard for the Range Commanders Council.
