Report of the Army Scientific Advisory Panel Ad Hoc Group on Ground Combat Vehicle Mobility

Abstract

Charged with studying and evaluating the methodologies (in use by the Army) for defining future ground combat mobility requirements and promoting new advances, the Ad Hoc Group finds that Army decision-making can be enhanced through the development of a coordinated hierarchy of simulation tools.
