Systemic Factors Influencing Risk Aversion: Diagnosing Behaviors and Tailoring Interventions for Lasting Transformation

Abstract

The Ohio State University partnered with the Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC) and conducted a two-stage, small-scale pilot to: (1) uncover the systemic pressures on the acquisition workforce that impede innovative behaviors; and (2) design a program that produces interventions to address these systemic contributors. The final report contains their findings.
