Joint Combined Arms Maneuver in the Megacity - Win in Chaos

Abstract

The Army aligns general purpose and special operations forces into a multi-purpose force [Means], to integrate with joint forces to create multiple dilemmas for its adversaries to ultimately defeat them, gain a position of relative advantage, or create leverage by influencing multiple points of manipulation simultaneously [Way]. The multi-purpose force conducts JCAM in a megacity to achieve access across all domains, land, maritime, air, space, and cyberspace to strike the enemy at an unknown time or location and create multiple dilemmas.i The [Ends] is that the multi-purpose force wins in complex urban environments.
