Expeditionary Force 21 impacts on the Marine Expeditionary Unit Air Combat Element: Transformative, Adaptive, Innovative or just Re branding?

Abstract

While advocating a force structure and capability rebalance, EF 21 promises a return to the Marine Corps amphibious roots and to maintain a force that is naval in character.
