The experiential learning theory exemplifies the development to elite level success of abilities like playing the violin, sports,technological development, business, and leadership. Leadership ability through the experimental learning processdevelops from the formative experience and the individuals capacity to reflect, conceptualize, and experiment. Seniorleaders ability to discern their subordinates formative experience and current development determines the effectiveness oftheir capacity to develop their subordinates leadership potential.
