Operational Reserve: The Need to Improve the Contractual Obligations in the Selected Marine Corps Reserve

Abstract

The Reserve Component of the United States Marine Corps continues to augment and reinforce the active component. To improve the operational capability of the Marine Corps Reserve, adjustments must be made to the contractual obligations of Marines serving in the SMCR.
