United States Aerial Corps: The Creation of a Branch of Service to Bridge the Air and Land Domains

Abstract

The United States Military, with the authorization of Congress and the president, should form a new branch of service, an Aerial Corps, designed to bridge the land and air domains in order to execute more efficiently the intermediary missions of close air support, airborne operations, and air assault under a single department dedicated to winning the battle between the air and land domains.
