Tongue Tying the Dragon: Restructuring the Joint Force to Counter the Chinese Narrative

Abstract

An assessment of the communication processes and narrative strategies required at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels to combat the People's Liberation Army's effective information campaigns. This research is based on the study of PLA's "Three Warfares" concept in the information domain, the PLA's actions in the information environment, and the Joint Force's current structure in the information space.
