HUMINT Collectors Require a Positive Cognitive Approach to Increase Resilience

Abstract

HUMINT collectors experience a myriad stressors and traumas which negatively affect their ability to perform at peak condition. Resilience training should utilize a cognitive approach and be promoted at performance enhancement and include the family. The most effective resilience training for collectors includes, biofeedback, resilience centers, and smart phone applications.
