Importance of Diversity, Inclusion, and its Effects on the U.S. Military Profession of Arms

Abstract

The United States military assignments and promotion system does not accurately represent the American demographic. Although it represents the culture and beliefs of the people it serves, there is still much to be done to promote inclusion for all, particularly in the Officer Corps.
