NASA Property: Improving Management of Government Equipment Provided to Contractors

Abstract

This report responds to the former Chairman's request that we review the National Aeronautics and Space Administrations (NASA) management of government equipment provided to contractors. We make recommendations to NASA that are intended to minimize the amount of equipment the agency provides to contractors and improve controls over and reporting of such equipment.
