The Impact of Military Pediatrics: Assessing Clinical, Leadership, Academic, and Operational Experience among Pediatric-Trained Graduates from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU)

Abstract

Our main objective was to describe the outcomes of USU graduates who pursued training in pediatrics, and therefore to begin to quantify the contributions that military pediatricians make to the military medical mission and the broader Department of Defense (DoD) mission.
