Measurement of Nickel-Titanium Rotary Files Against ISO Standards Using Light Microscopy

Abstract

Nickel-titanium rotary endodontic files are labeled according to their tip diameter and the taper along the length of the instrument. The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether the true tip diameter of the endodontic files matches the nominal size.
