Abstract

This report presents information on the effectiveness of the Disabled Veterans Affirmative Action Program at the Department of Labor, the Department of Health and Human Services, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the Office of Management and Budget, and the Office of Personnel Management. It also analyzes the Office of Personnel Managements oversight of the program.
