Abstract

Purpose: TECOM provides Symposium on Integration of Women Into Ground Combat Units attendees an overview on the development and implementation of a hybrid pushup / pullup test on the Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test (PFT). End state: Symposium attendees understands test development methodology, trends, and way ahead. BLUF: Implementation of a hybrid pushup / pullup test on the Marine Corps PFT has enhanced the testing, training and physical capacity of Marines.
