Management of AFSC's Space Program Responsibilities. Ritland Collection

Abstract

Three and one-half years ago the Commander, AFSC, established the Office, Deputy Commander for Space (MSF) to focalize the Air Force Space Program development under one head. Since then the establishment of the NRD, with delineation of its functions, and the recent separation of MOL Program activity from the MSF function, have resulted in a decentralization of AFSC space program responsibilities.
