Delft3D-FM Simulation Configuration and Input File Generation

Abstract

This document describes the setup of Delft3D-Flexible Mesh (DFM) (coupled FLOW and WAVE) on the Navy DoD Supercomputing Resource Center (Navy DSRC) High Performance Computing (HPC) system. New model creation is described to provide the user with a familiarity of the process and the files. The chief purpose of this document is to serve as a step-by-step guide for model setup when using an existing model of the users domain as the starting point. The procedure for parameter ensemble creation is also explained.
