Evaluating the Importance of Precursor Transport and Transformation for Groundwater Contamination with PFAS

Abstract

This project investigated the transport and transformations of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, particularly precursors that degrade into terminal PFAS at a site on Cape Cod, MA contaminated by use of legacy aqueous film forming foams (AFFF).
