Abstract

All software oriented programs are driven by three concerns: 1. Business Mission - captures stakeholder needs and channels the whole program in meeting those needs. It answer the questions Why and For Whom the program exists 2. Capability to Deliver Value - covers the people, processes, and technology necessary to build, deploy, and operate the programs products 3. Products - the units of value delivered by the program. Products utilize the capabilities delivered by the software factory and operational environments.
