Excitons and Exciton-Polaritons in Novel Organic-Inorganic Hybrids with Sub-Nano II-VI or III-V Layers

Abstract

The project "Excitons and exciton-polaritons in novel organic-inorganic hybrids with sub-nanoII-VI or III-V layers" ran from Feb. 15, 2018 to Feb. 14, 2021, with no-cost-extension to Sept. 30, 2021. The program supported 2 PIs (partial summer time) along with 4 PhD students and 1 MSstudent for various lengths of time, on a total budget of $ 399,381.
