Abstract

The Department of the Air Force (DAF) acquisition vision is to deliver enduring world class capabilities to assure air, space and cyberspace dominance for the nation and our allies.1 But achieving this vision is becoming ever more difficult as the threat landscape evolves more rapidly and the military power of U.S.competitors becomes increasingly sophisticated, posing greater operational risk to U.S. forces.
