Wideband HF Surface-Wave Channels: Measurements to Fading Models

Abstract

This report analyzes High-Frequency (HF) ship-to-shore surface-wave channels measured of the coast of San Diego, California during the first week of June 2020. The results break across theory and experiment for surface-wave identification, modeling, analysis, and propagation.
