Acquisition of an Integrated Optical Nanoprobe

Abstract

The Army Research Office awarded North Carolina Central University $600,000 to acquire an advanced instrument referred to as the Integrated Optical Nanoprobe (ION). The goal is to provide scientists from all categories of STEM departments and their collaborators with the most advanced tool for characterizing various materials and nanomaterials at the nanoscale and in the time domain.
