Development of Instrumentation Techniques for Measuring Periscope Vibration

Abstract

This report covers the work done to date on the development of instrumentation and techniques for measuring quantitatively the vibration occurring in submarine periscopes while proceeding at periscope depth. As a result of the work done, two methods have been developed both of which give quantitative measurements with reasonably accuracy.
